Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose and Acceptance

BeScoutr is a digital platform that allows its users to create a professional profile, share content related to player scouting and football performance, and connect with other users, clubs, or sports institutions.

Using the Platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using BeScoutr.

2. Registration and User Account

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

BeScoutr reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, offensive, or harmful activities that compromise the integrity of the community.

3. Permitted Use

Users agree to use the Platform responsibly and in accordance with the law, avoiding the following:

  • Posting defamatory, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal content.
  • Impersonating another person or institution.
  • Using the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes (for example, reselling or promoting unrelated products or services).
  • Altering, hacking, or attempting to access profiles, databases, or restricted features without permission.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may upload, post, or share information, texts, images, videos, reports, or other materials (“User Content”).

By doing so, you retain ownership of your intellectual property but grant BeScoutr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, distribute, display, and promote such content within the Platform and its official channels.

You represent that you own all rights to the content you publish and that it does not infringe upon the rights of third parties. BeScoutr reserves the right to remove or block any content deemed inappropriate or unlawful.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, interfaces, and graphical elements of BeScoutr are the exclusive property of the company that owns the Platform or its licensors.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Plans, Subscriptions, and Payments

BeScoutr offers free features and premium subscription plans that provide additional benefits to users (such as enhanced visibility, analytical tools, or monetization options).

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user in advance.

Prices and benefits may change, with reasonable prior notice.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. BeScoutr does not store users’ financial information.

No refunds will be issued for already billed periods, except in cases of technical error attributable to BeScoutr.

7. Liability and Limitation

BeScoutr does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability or the accuracy of user-generated content.

Users acknowledge that they use the Platform at their own risk.

Under no circumstances shall BeScoutr be liable for direct or indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

8. Suspension or Termination

BeScoutr may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or negatively impact the experience of other users.

Users may delete their accounts at any time from their profile settings or by contacting Platform support.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services (such as payment gateways or analytics tools).

BeScoutr is not responsible for the content or data processing carried out by such third parties.

10. Modifications

BeScoutr may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will become effective upon publication on the Platform.

Users are encouraged to review this section periodically.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally applicable international principles governing electronic commerce and digital consumer protection.

In case of any dispute, the parties shall seek to resolve it amicably before resorting to judicial proceedings.
